Submitting this form requests the permanent deletion of your peak/performance account and all associated data, including all health and fitness data synced from Android Health Connect. This cannot be undone.
We action deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive an email at the address you submit below confirming the deletion has been completed.
We retain a minimal set of billing records where we are legally required to (typically up to seven years for tax and accounting purposes). These records contain no health data.
If you have the app installed, you can alternatively delete your account in-app via Settings → Account → Delete account.
